Public reception

The public reception office is an internal structural subdivision of the Public Organization "Regional Armenian National Cultural Autonomy of Krasnodar Territory", the purpose of which is to ensure interaction with citizens representing the Armenian ethnic community of Krasnodar Territory, to provide them with free assistance on legal and social issues in order to make the Armenian ethnic group an equal participant in all areas of life of the population on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory.

The tasks of the Public Reception are:

• ensuring the consideration of applications from citizens received by the Public Reception;

• creation of an effective mechanism of forward and backward linkages between the Armenian population of the Krasnodar Territory and the Autonomy in order to promptly resolve problems and issues arising among citizens;

• identification and generalization of the most pressing problems arising in the life of the Armenian ethnic community on the territory of the Krasnodar Territory in order to assist in their resolution, including the initiation of appropriate appeals to the authorized bodies of state authority, local self-government bodies and their officials, public associations, other non-profit institutions and organizations;

• assistance to legal education and increasing the level of legal literacy of citizens;

• promotion of social and cultural adaptation and integration of migrants of the Armenian ethnic community in the Krasnodar Territory;

• assistance in informing citizens about the activities of the Autonomy in solving the main problems of the Armenian population of the Krasnodar Territory.
