Public organization "Regional Armenian national-cultural autonomy of the Krasnodar Territory"
The Public Organization "Regional Armenian National-Cultural Autonomy of Krasnodar Territory" was registered in 2019. It is a form of national-cultural self-determination, which is an association of citizens of the Russian Federation who identify themselves as an Armenian ethnic community in a situation of a national minority in the territory of Krasnodar Territory, based on their voluntary self-organization in order to:

Solve problems connected with preserving their identity independently;

Develop the language, education, national culture;

Strengthen the unity of Russian nation;

Harmonize interethnic relationships;

Support interreligious dialogue;

Implement activities which are aimed at social and cultural adaptation and integration of migrants;

Establish Armenian ethnicity as an equal participant in people´s vectors of functioning in Krasnodar Territory.
Based on the provisions of the Federal Law on “National and Cultural Autonomy” dated June 17, 1996 No. 74-FL (as amended on November 4, 2014), distinctive characteristics of non-commercial organization – a public association in the form of national-cultural autonomy, created on ethnical and territorial criteria, are the establishment of particular goals for the implementation and protection of the relevant ethno-cultural rights and interests of citizens of the Russian Federation with the support of state authorities and local self-government bodies.
Legal regulation of national-cultural autonomy is implemented in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal Law on " National-Cultural Autonomy", of the Federal Law on "Public Associations" dated May 19, 1995, No. 82-FL, other federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, laws and other normative legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as with generally recognized principles and norms of international law and international agreements of the Russian Federation.
